Policy Bazaar — insurance name to be changed in insurance paper

I have purchased an old car. The rc is now in my name. But the insurance paper belongs to the previous owner, which i want to transfer in my name.

Please transfer the owner's name in insurance. I have already logged a call to policy baazaar crt team. My ticket number is pb76069183.

I have called them many a times, everyone says we can't help you out. Because your mobile no. Is not registered, you are not being diverted to the concerned person.

Pls help me out for this simple problem.
