[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Motor policy not received

Dear Sir,
I have renewed my car policy from New india insurance through policy bazar on 28 Aug '15 on line and same day I have paid Rs 7684 through my ICICI credit card .
After 10 day over still I have not received any confirmation from either policy bazar or New india insurance .Whenever I m calling them there is readymade reply I m getting that give us day time . My car policy expired on 30th Aug and I m not able to take my car out and still I m not aware that my car is under insurance or not.
I am giving here some details for further process kindly look into it.

ICICi bank authorization number which will generate once payment will be credited on beneficiary acc:522232.
