Purchased policy on Nov 12th and PB agent has entered wrong gender, and has mentioned while making payment which he told this will be taken care by his manager, as he dont have edit access, and doing the follow up since Nov 16th with no use, PB32938987
Another policy with wrong email id :- doing the followup since it was purchased with no luck
Now following up for cancellation with no proper response,
