I had paid Rs2074 for bike insurance on 2nd Jan but they didn't shared me soft copy of my policy also I raised complaint on 4th Jan 2074 with ticket I'd: PB[protected] but everyday they are sending a same email that allow us 1 working day.
This is a high level of fraud that policy bazaar is doing with customer.
