[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Policy premium raised & not being given back

I had purchased a policy of l&t.
First of all it took 2 months to convey the medical tests,
Even the diseases were preexisting & declared. Forced to test for extra test.
& extra charge being asked along with hike in policy premium,
It took too many calls & now i am fed up with calls instead want solution.
7 reminder sent but no reply.
I want my money back along with the charges paid for testing immediately.

NOW MY VEHICLE IS IN SERVICE CENTRE OF FORD AT LUCKNOW. NO PROCESS START DUE TO DISCOUNT GIVEN BY POLICY BAJAR IS 25% ON AGAINST OF 20%.

WHY I AM SUFFERING ? IS THIS MY FAULT TO TAKE INSURANCE FROM POLICY BAJAR.
PLS DO THE NEEDFUL ON URGENT BASIS, SO THAT MY FAITH WILL STAY.
