Hi Team,
This is regarding about my term insurance refund amount issue related, and I'm veeranna kuruva.
I have purchased term insurance in policy Bazaar on 16/06/2023 and I have completed video and physical medical on 17/06/2023 and 23/06/2023.
After completed my second medical they didn't informed any information about my policy status, I have called and mail many times but I didn't received any updates from them.
later on 1/7/2023 I received call from them and they said your policy was cancelled and you will receive refund amount with 5day but still now didn't received and in the policy Bazaar app status is showing refund is completed.
1/7/2023 on words they are not answering my calls and emails and I didn't received my refund amount,
kindly please take action on policy Bazaar.
