I have reached policy bazaar website to take a term policy. The details are given below:

Issue was im unable proceed to fill proposal form due to auto debit option. I have raised complaint to policy bazzar customer care as well i sent email to their customer care email id on the same day but every day im getting same link were that auto debit option was available. Next day one of the representative is called me and asked to take policy from different insurance company and post that only can take refund on basis of alternative policy was taken. I clearly mentioned that whether you resolve the issue or refund my money and im not interested to another policy from PB.
Almost week is over now still i dont have any clue on my issue as well as my money.
