As per our telephonic-communication, we informed you that the refund has been initiated on 30th March 19 for your Aegon Term Life Plan.
Further, you must have received the refund on the same card used for the payment and it will reflect in the next billing cycle. If you will not receive the same please share the bank statement from 30th March till today so that we can forward the same to the Insurer for investigation of your refund.

But they are not giving me hard document copy, i am followup from last 5 month but they are not giving me proper solution.custromer care saying why need original copy required,
