I booked a cigna ttk policy in march16 but my policy was rejected. Now 3 months passed but after several follow ups and providing proof of no refund recvd in my account. Every time they are just replying, "policy bazaar is in touch with cigna for refund" and have very casual approach to a problem. They have very slow escalation matrix and generating interest by holding the money of customers. Policy bazaar application no # 31572746 for rs8742.00
