I made a payment of rs.4923 for the mentioned health insurance dated 19/05/2017. The payment was deducted from the bank however the policy was not concluded. I spoke to the customer care and was assured of refund however no money has been refunded as yet.

Ive submitted refund request they never replied with approval of refund.. Though ive submitted transaction copy of amout also. But no one responded regarding refund... 30. Days i waited..but i get no refunds.
