[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Wrong information to buy policy from policy bazaar and still waiting for refund

Hi, I have taken a health policy of Cignattk through Policy bazaar. I paid on 15th Nov and Policy Bazaar told I'll get call in 2-3 days but I got call on 26th Nov that too after following up. on 27th Nov cignattk rejected and as per Policy bazaar I'll get money in 7-8 days from date of rejection.
But again on 2nd Dec I got mail from Cingattk that refund process started and will take more 7-10 days.
Then now today 5th Dec again I got email that Pan card is needed for refund and will take more 10 days to get refund
So in all these process now Its whole 30 days and neither I got policy nor Money yet.
Policy bazaar have promised to get the money back in 7 days but now ome month still waiting to get my money.
