I was traveling from Amritsar to JALANDHAR on 1/ 7 /2023. PUNBUS NO 323471 PBO7CA3598ARM: 14.00.82. I asked for ticket for me and my son. He asked me to pay Rs110 for my ticket. Although I was carrying adhar card with my husband name, he said you have updated adhar card and have son of 8 years. He stopped bus near jandiala and asked me to leave bus . I was traveling from Amritsar to JALANDHAR on 1/ 7 /2023 in bus no PB07CA3598, bus no 323471. I asked conductor for ticket for me and my son, he asked me to pay Rs 110 for my ticket and said I am not carrying updated adhar card, although I was having adhar card with my husband 's name. Not allowed to take bus to jammu

Bus Driver does not stop on bus stop,Rude behaviour of bus conductor

To travel from kharar to Pathankot on 15/06/2023 when i was at kharar bus stand waiting for the bus in heavy rain.The bus came at 9:15 am at the bus stop bus does not stop for a single minute all the other passengers board the bus running but i have a carrying bag in my hand which makes boarding the bus difficult to me but i some how managed to get in the bus. when i confronted the bus conductor for not stopping bus he started arguing me...

Regarding timings

The 8 a.m. bus from Pathankot to Amritsar is not going on time and also they always missed the bus 7:48 a.m. from Pathankot to Amritsar. This problem is faced by daily going working passengers. I hope you will take strict action against this ....

But when i sit in the bus he issued all the tickets. he never come again and when i ask for ticket he blaming me its your fault although i gone myself for tickets. Today 03/06/2023 time 7:25pm I am waiting for bus on samalsar bus stop for going to moga, then pun bus came and stop his bus from 500 meter away for drop the passenger of samalsar and go forward to bagahapurana. They are totaly ignore the passenger who are waithing for the bus. This is why beacause libra bus was behind the pun bus and they are stopped on bus stop. The buses often do not stop at the designated bus-stop at Rayya nehar bus stop.The drivers stop faraway from the bus-stop and make the passengers run to catch the bus.
