Misbehaviour of staff

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

This is inform you that I boarded volvo from Sec 43 chandigarh to Amritsar on Friday morning, 21st April 2017 and bought tickets around 7:45 AM. The person who was giving ticket was really bad. I am new here and he miss guided me that no other low fair bus goes from there, immediately after taking ticket when I came to know that another bus also goes from there at lower fare. I insisted him for refund, he refused...

Timings not as per schedule and A/c

Punbus volvo has no timings for its destination and even though paying so much charges for volvo.. We are not getting any A/c services as well as no television services.
This bus don't run as per the scheduled timings.
Moreover driver and conductor both are least concerned about this issue.
A quick action is required to be taken against it. This is the worst bus i am traveling in....

Did not stop at regular bus stop and rude behaviour in bus num pb 46m- 9128

In shivpuri chowk, Ludhiana, almost all your buses stops before new flyover. You bus number pb 46m- 9128 did not stop. Even in Jalandhar they bowed police officer not to proceed for for an 4-3 2017 criminal traffic activity at PPA. Your staff for this bus is very rude including sardar driver and conductor
Please provide me complain number for this.

PunBus bus Driver

I wanted to complain about the PunBus driver who didn't stopped the bus on the requested stop. We requested him to stop the bus more than three times but then also he didn't stopped the bus and keep going.

We took the bus from Beas on 28 Feb 2017, Tuesday to Pathankot bypass Jalandhar.

But he didn't dropped us there and keep driving till...

Regarding Bus service

The pun bus that comes from Moga to Jalandhar via Shahkot, Malsian in morning time (08:05am) do not give stopage at Shahkot n Malsian centers to carry the passengers stopped at these points. They (driver & conductor) also have issue from bus pass passengers. They do not carry that kind of passengers which use bus pass in routine for travel.

It is my humble request to the concerned dept. that kindly look out he matter and take...

Bus conductor self imposing behaviour

I was coming from solan to parwanoo but the conductor refused for a ticket to parwanoo saying that we will go from parwanoo bypass and gave me ticket of sanwara. In between a checker boarded the bus and I told him the same. He ordered them to go from inside parwanoo as there was a penalty of 2000 for going from bypass. Conductor behavior complaint

I am traveling by PRTC bus number 9965. From Chandigarh to Kullu Dated 27 October 2016 bus timing from Chandigarh 7:00am. Conductor misbehaved with me because of my bag lying on floor and he kicked the bag without any reason. Much inconvenience in bus no. PB4 H 9299

Bus started journey from beas and stooped for food & freshning after 185 KM at Raghav Dhaba, Rajpura. at 11 AM, it had been departed from beas and at 4 PM it has arrived Rajpura. total distance is 207 KM .

Conductor misbehave

I board a bus to travel phagwara from jalandhar bus stand( registration number pb08cb9762).After leaving bus stand when I was buying ticket conducter said if any passenger that is going ludhiana board on the bus from P.A.P chowk left your seat and give it to the ludhiana passenger. I ask him why should I left my seat then he replied if you have any problem leave the bus right now.After that he starting misbehaving and blow whistle for stopping...

Quality Of Buses on Amritsar Chandigarh Route

The Quality of Buses on Amritsar Chandigarh Route is very poor specially night service. U r buses have broken windows and poor quality of seats, very poor condition of Buses from Inside and outside. Charging more fare than govt. guidelines

Ac not working, creating suffocation

Sir, we are travelling from chandigarh to jammu in pun bus no PB 65 l0716. The ac in the bus is not working from chandigarh itself but your staff did not even bothered. Non availability of bus against online booking done and made payment

Downgrade of service without intimating consumer

i am writing this complaint while travelling in hvac punbus from jalandhar to Delhi . What they have done is that give option of booking bus on online portal for 2x2 seats . But they have actually put 3x2 seats formation in busses.I have travelled from Delhi to hoshiarpur in punbus on 29 June also and same problem was there.they never informed consumers through any channel and charging as normal charges they had.
