Despite repetitive call and mailing to punjab national bank customer care they are not at all listening to grievance and always says that take this issue with amazon team.
But amazon has refunded rs 1899 in my account on 20 july 2018.

    Sir, My wife, Nidhi, did online Transaction for 2000 rs. at Paytm(Reference- ECOM 49051 One97 Communications) on Jul 29th, 2018 using debit card(PNB account number- [protected])at 7PM. Transaction got failed but Amount was debited from PNB account & amount is reflecting in pass book. Raised complaint regarding sameon July 30th, Complaint no- M[protected], But not resolved till yet.

I tried calling the customer care and sent 4 emails but there was no response at all. There was no contact from their side.         I had ordered a pair of heels from amazon.in which i then returned and initiated a refund. Amazon.in notified me that the refund of rs.3, 999.00 had been initiated on october 19, 2015. However this amount never reflected in my bank account at punjab national bank, santacruz west branch. I visited the bank multiple times, but the officials refused to help saying they cannot do anything since they are not involved in the transaction.
        Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        My account deducted by Rs. 16000 on 12 may 2018. This transaction is shown done by an ATM . But at the time of transaction my ATM was in my pocket. How is this possible??? Bank is taking no action.

          I am getting pension from mcd through pnb in my sb account no [protected]. Total tds amount rs 68381 has been deducted from my pension during financial year 2017-18 but 26as form shows rs 19868 till date. Bank has not deposited the total amount of tds deducted against my pan, i regret to say repeated visits to the bank and submitting same grivience on 20 june 2018 to bank, nothing has been done, if any fine of rs 5000/ for delay in filling itr bank shall be held responsible for the same.

            Form no 16 dated 12/7/18 received by email on 27/7/18 shows during financial year from 1/4/17-to 31/3/18 amount credited rs 95375 /- and tax deducted rs 16171/- where as i have received total pension of rs 939118/- and tds deducted by pnb branch patparganj is rs 68381/- during above financial year, so you are requested to rectify form 16 at earliest

              It is requested that i am operating saving account in obc rohini sect. 8 delhi. Today i. E. 29.07.2018 at 19:25 hrs. I have visited punjab national bank atm (Atm id: d 7416600) in sector 3 rohini to withdraw an amount of rs. 5000/- through my obc atm card. It is surprised that no amount has been withdraw from this atm but i have received a massage on my mobile that rs. 5000/- debited from my obc saving account number i[protected].

              Sir, after ten minutes i visited another atm i. E. Sbi atm, where i success to withdraw rs. 5000/-.

              It is humbly requested to you to please refund my debited amount of rs. 5000/- which i have not received from pnb atm. The transaction remarks of this showing in my accounts is : cwdr/d7416600/[protected]/[protected]

                From last one month i am hunting to get my money back. I debited 10000 rs through atm on 20 june 2018 at about 8:18 pm and got the money but. Again at around 8;24 pm same day i got another msg of deduction of 10000.
                I only got 10000 rs but 20000 rs has been deducted from my account moreover funniest part is i was not thr in the atm when i got the second msg at around 8;24 pm.
                Thrice i filed the complaint but of no use this is literally a harasment and i must say pnb is the worst bank in terms of service they are least botherd that one of their customer since 18 years is facing problem instead of solving my problem they people are not even bothered.

                  Respected sir,
                  I have submitted cheque no 121272 amount rs 69000.00 of pnb civil lines meerut. For school fees of my ward in dps moradabad, rejected with penality debit from my account rs 354.00 however sufficient balance is there in my account. If they found any problem can be confirmed from calling on registered active mobile number inspite of debiting this much of huge amount. I think bank has made it as the income source to just debit amount for any sort of reasons either it can be solved or not.
                  So i request you to either pl let me know that what is the use of registered mobile number and in which cases it can be used or solve my problem by raising penality on the bank and credit the amount rs 354.00 in my account.

                      I have ordered FasTrack watch on 9 July and 11 july of RS 4890 each. I have returned one order on 11 July and cancelled another order on 13 July. I haven't received any refund but refunds are initiated from Amazon on 13 July and 15 july but the amount is not reflected in my account. The reference number of refunds are #141409 and #720211.I want my money back as soon as possible.The pnb customer care is also not taking my charge dispute claim.please help me

                      Dear sir, in my account 2 refunds of money 4890 and 4890 each of my purchasing is initiated by amazon india at 13/07/2018 and 15/07/2018 .Which should be reflected in my account by 20/08/2018? Many times i called customer services of punjab national and also v home pnb branch (behror, alwar, Rajasthan) with refund reference no #141409 and #720211 but they denied to take complain and process of charge dispute file. Kindly provide me proper solution and guide bank to locate my refunded transaction.

                        I shopped from paytm on 14th july for 705rs.. the money got deducted but paytm did not receive the amount. When contacted they said bank will take 7-14days to refund it but i haven't received my money. Paytm said they never received the amount but the money was deducted from my account and it must be stuck in banking system. Please escalate my refund as soon as possible.

                              Sir, i m ur costomer from past 20 years and I have also a KCC from 18 years. I have been always satisfied with the sevices but from the day when new manager came I was very ill treated and not only me many of other costomers are treated like this because of his behavior many of the costomers were leaving the bank.I m thinking of doing the same.Sir this man refused to allow my brother's KCC by saying that there is no guarantee but guarantee of KCC is always the land...which we are regularly funding from past 12 years. After this incident I also transfer my KCC to Haryana Gramin Bank last month. My account no. [protected], you can check my details, my regularity and other things.
                              He behave very badly with the staff too.
                              Kindly request you to please do the necessary things to avoid this type of behavior and treatment for the betterment of the bank.

                                  When the cheque is presented in clearing in the bank to be debited to certain a/c which has less balance at the time of presentation of cheque i.E. On 1.00pm
                                  but at 2.00 pm that certain account is credited with sufficient funds to clear the cheque,
                                  the official concerned at clearing desk return the cheque showing insufficient funds at 1.00 pm
                                  so please clear that when cheque is presented for clearing, it should be returned back with insufficient funds after the working hrs on the date of clearing or at the time of clearing.

                                      I am making telephonic and e-mail request to PNB GK2 repeatedly since June 15, 2018, but in vain. I live in Vasant Kunj, which is away from PNB, GK2 by 13 KM, still I made a personal visit spending Rs. 300 on taxi. I was told they have dispatched last week and will reach soon. It has not reached till now. Today, morning also I requested Chief Manager on phone. He assured to send it but all false promises. still I am waiting for it.
                                      The staff at PNB GK2 New Delhi, is quit dis-curtious.

                                        I purchased a Redmi note 5 pro ₹15069 (₹ 25+ 15044) from from Flipkart through phone pe on 04.07.18 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on same day 14.07.18 and now phone pe is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number[protected] but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
