regarding education loan

Dear sir, i have applied for education loan in pnb branch uchain(bharatpur), rajasthan through vidhyalaxmi portal.but they are not forwading my file to circle office(bharatpur). i'm going to pnb bank daily for this for one year. but they are giving me excues. now i have tired. what to do sir now, i requare loan amount less than 4 lac.

pnb sms sms mandates for debit - frequency ad hoc

I have received following sms from pnb bank

Mandate ref no.: punb[protected]xxxxxxx issued to reliance retail ltd with value 99999.00 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. I am attaching screenshot...

amount deducted but not received

I seema inform you, i had account in pnb badli branch. I done the transaction on[protected] thru atm. I inform you my rs.10, 000 debit in my account but i cant received any amount. I was done the transaction in palwal & share with you atm wdr no[protected], location-jawahar nagar camp. Now i request to you please take serious and help me to refund the debit amount in my account asap.

misbehaving staff of bank

Dear sir / mam,
My account is in your punjab national bank branch khanna. Your bank staff mr. Palvinder singh misbehaved with me in the bank. He don't know how to deal with people and in the bank the machines are not working and i didn't get my new pass book which is filled from last month. No one is listening to our problems. Please take a strict action otherwise i have to stop using your bank and to close my account in your bank....

refund issue with amazon.in

I cancel my order of 929.00 rupess on 29th may 2018 and on the same day i got a confirmation mail of cancellation of my order and refund of 929.00 repess as mentioned in the mail it will take 3-5 days if you done your payment using debit card (I use my pnb master card for payment), but even after laps of more than 10 days amounts are not credited on my account.

When i talk to amazon customer care regarding this issues on 8th...

refund not reflecting in account

Refund of rs.549 and 449 was processed on 5/31/2018 by amazon and it has been eight days but the amount is still not reflecting in my account.
The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 317330.
Contacted customer care thrice but no action has been taken by them. They said that they can't fetch my details due to technical problem and ask me to call them back after sometime....

refund from amazon not received

I placed an order on amazon on 29 may 2018 of rs 35000 and paid rs 33699 via pnb debit card and 1300 by amazon pay balance but cancelled the order by the night
Amazon said it will give me refund till 6 of june and they provided me reference number and transaction id for the payment but till now i havent recieved my money so amazon said me to file a charge dispute on pnb but branch and customer care are not filling complaint so amazon...

cheque book not received

The bank gave me a tracking id, but its not working.
Please tell me what should i do now.
The bank says that it is dispatched.

punjab national bank [pnb] charge dispute

I purchased vivo y71 from amazon on 26.05.18 and done full payment of rupees 8280 by debit card but order was cancelled on day 29.05.18 and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 751526 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior...

amount not credited in my account.

I purchased usb and charger from amazon on 22/05/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 28/05/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference auth code# 802225
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.

staff is not working properly & atm machine is not working from last 6 months

Punjab National Bank Mandsaur Branch service is very poor. Staff is very lazy and take too much time to free a single Customer. Here a single window is open for diposite, withdraw & for passbook entry.
ATM Machine is also not working from last 6 months.
Diposite Machine is also not working. Passbook Entry Machine is also not working. And the behivor of staff is not polite. Only single Branch in Mandsaur and also a single Machine...

I have sent an e mail (With application for transfer attached) to my home branch for transferring my account to pnb, sewa bhawan branch but no action has been taken so far by the branch. Please take up the matter with my home branch and ensure smooth transfer of my account as desired. I am working in ministry of defence as sr auditor and it is not possible to visit branch personally due to service exigencies....
