unwarranted money withdrawal.

Hi,
I have lodged a complaint to banking ombudsmen (Complain no.-[protected]) regarding a unwarranted withdrawal, shared below. Many time i tried to communicate with banking ombudsmen team dropped mail many times but never got any revert.

I registered a complaint through the banking ombudsmen portal regarding a money withdraw issue from the atm with complaint no.-[protected] on 9 april 2018 regarding a transaction...

refund initiated from amazon but not reflecting on punjab national bank {pnb}

I had ordered nokia 7 plus19956inr. On 24th of may and canncled it on 25th of may, amazon had inisiated refund on 25th may and now it's 2nd june hasn't received yet, amazon had provided authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. not able to register for net banking because my branch employees not working properly

Sir my account opening date is 9/05/2018 and till now my branch not registered my phn no, adhaar no, email id, etc
Because of this i m not able to login for net banking

And when i submitted my form for opening my account their is a column for which type of atm u want i registered for platinum and i got rupay what nonsense things is going on and when i complained in branch their is no action......

didn't get my refund

I bought a 1 + 6 but due to some technical problems i returned it i had paid through my debit card a sum of 40079. Amazon gave me reference number for the refund and said that your refund will be available on 30 may 2018. Today is 1st june and i didn't see any return or refund in my account. refund never processed from amazon.in

I ordered a product on amazon.in on 21 april and made payment through upi,, due to some reason i cancelled the order. Refund was made from amazon.in on 8th may and it has to reflected in my account by 15 may but the refund is recieved in my account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference #[protected]. And asked me to go in the bank and file a charge dispute but the bank refused to do so. My bank account is in pnb. Plz make any solution...

no action taken on complaint regarding missing transaction

I was supposed to get a refund of rs 5566 from myntra. The myntra refunded the amount successfully but the amount is not reflecting in my pnb account myntra gave an arn no. To track the amount. I called the pnb customer care but they don't even know what an arn no. Is and gave me an excuse that we cannot check transaction with that no. Sir i tried to withdraw rs 3200 from a pnb atm on 20.02.2018. The amount was debited from my account. But i did not receive the cash. It's more than 55 days, but i have not received the money back in my account also. Contacted axis bank via mail & got reply that, pnb showed that transaction a successful one. My aunty was having an account in pnb bank it’s a pension account.
This account was in khandusand (Pauri garhwal, uttrakhand) but as we are living in indirapuram ghaziabad we transfer this account to indirapuram branch.
My aunty got expire on jan 2018 from then we are not able to get the final amount.
As per indirapuram branch our account is not been transferred from khandusand (Pauri garhwal, uttrakhand)...

no action taken against request to refund the amount rs.9000/- by punb0370900

Sir, this matter is related with mis-transaction done by me on12/03/2018.
During this period i received an information by support upi, where the amount credited. On 7/5/18 i contact by email to punb0370900 (Ifsc code) with all necessary proofs. On 14/5/18 sbi manager (8723) also wrote an email and letter too, related this txn. Issue.

complaint about my aadhar number is not registered by bank not by atm machine even not by online banking ...

My Aadhar No is not registered by bank branch not by atm machine and not even by internet banking ...I tried many time and I got my confirmation message but afterwards there is not good response and not linked the Aadhar no with my account..this is very frustrating...please improve your service ...resolve it...in branch they took my documents on dated 16 May 2018 but yet now there is no response ...What is this ..what going on ...they not...

waiting for internet banking since last 6 month

I have opened an account in december 2017 and waited for more than 6 month and still waiting for enabling internet banking.

Nowadays most of the banks will provide all the fecilities when you open account. But in pnb there will be damn fu... G waiting period for every fecility.

Another interesting point is i have already deposited rs 2000/- for maitaining minimum balance and as mentioned before i was waiting...
