deposit machine not working

Dear team,

As you know pnb is oldest bank in our town,
But its atm and deposit machine working is too worst. All the people faces lots of problems here. Always cash out of order show in atm machine. But mostly problem in deposit machine, it would never working.
If you people cant give services to us then why should plotted deposit machine here.
Please look into this and resolve our problem asap...

refund from online purchase from amazon.in

I purchased vcare hair shampoo ₹1068 from amazon.in order id #[protected] on 20/08/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 21/08/2018 by seller end and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference code #182151

But customer service (Punjab national bank) is saying they can file nothing...

premium amount quoted towards renewal of my existing policy

I am a senior citizen (64yrs) and had bought a pnb oriental royal mediclaim policy last year. For a rs 400000/- floater policy covering me and my wife
(61yrs) i had paid rs 6070/- as premium. However this year for the same policy
I am asked to pay up rs 17584/- as premium. I have not made any claim so far from this policy. I find the demand too steep, almost three times more than last year. Kindly clarify.

transaction timed out but money got deducted from my account

On 30/08/2018 around 4:30pm i tried withdrawing 10000 rupees cash from the pnb atm located at 138, mc road mandya transaction got timed out but later 10000 got deducted from my icici bank account.

I contacted pnb bank and gave complaint letter to look into the issue. The amount is not yet revered and credited back to my account.

detection of 3000-/ rs from bank account

Dear sir,

This to bring to your kind attention that i tried withdrawing 3000-/ from my atmon 10th of aug 2018 while the cash was not delivered, account was debited for 3000-/rs, i lodged a complain against the same on same day at pnb call center. The amount was credited (Received) 3000-/ rs on 12 aug 2018.

neft amount through mobile banking

I vijay kumar attri, a/c no [protected], nehru nagar ghaziabad, transfer the amount of rs. 12000 through neft by mobile banking on 16/05/2018 in corporate account of jay kumar, but amount is not credited into beneficiary account but debited from my account due to transaction failed.

Till date my amount is not refund to my account.

I called to customer care, he told me that your amount is refunded...

imps payment not received from my customer

unauthorized deduction from my account

Unauthorized deduction from my Account. A sum of 25000( two times 10000 and one time 5000) has been withdrawn from my ATM card on 27 august 2018 at 3:00 pm within two minute. My ATM card was with me and no phone call or pin No./OTP exchanged by me with any one. I last used my ATM card/debit card on 23/08/18 at Lal quila, New Delhi for buying tickets worth Rs 70. I used my Debit card on 21/08/18 to pay online premium of LIC of Rs 8620.13....

refund not getting

I have purchase mobile from Amazon, they refund to bank on 20/08/2018 with reference no.[protected] but it not received that refund.my re-found amount is Rs 9448. I last logged into my account about 2 months ago, maybe longer. I tried to do an online transaction but due to late otp arrival on phone and crappy internet connection i got locked out of my account. Since then i have been trying to activate my account without any success. debit card issue

money deposited through cdm but not yet received in my account

not receiving otp before timeout and very poor email service.

1- several pnb customers are not receiving the transaction otp within timeout duration of 300seconds for online shoping and fund transfer, on their registered mobile numbers, i am also one of them.
2- i several times requested pnb to send the account statements via registered email, but failed to get even after years.

amount not remitted

I transferred rs 50000 from my loan account from pnb to my personal savings account in icici bank. The transaction was declined, but the money was debited from pnb account and has not been remitted yet.

I have lodged a complaint with customer care of pnb, but am not satisfied with their non-commital response.

Please suggest me appropriate redressal mechanism for the above....

recovery of money
