transaction from pnb atm machine timed out

Hi,

I have initiated a transaction of 3000 rs from pnb machine but the transaction was timed out at that time.
I waited for 2 minutes and then again initiated transaction of 3000 rs and that was successful.
But previuos timed out transaction also got debitted from my account.

I used icici bank atm card.

Transaction date -11/08/2018 7:12 pm.

misbehaviour of staff

I have account in pnb and whenever i go to operate in dat account staff misbehaved and when i asked manager to look in dat issue he just said i cant do anything in dat
The staff is very much lazy and if asked to work they just say wrong words to the customers
The two incidents have happened to me.
Please look in dis issue
The main issue is with cash counter and assistant manager...

amount debited from account

I used my atm on 8/8/18 of pnb bank in pnb atm to withdraw rs 5000 three times. I got money only one time. Display screen showed that your transaction is timed out & try again. But money deducted four times from account. I gt rs 5000 instead of 20000. I i even have to take mini statement two times which cost me rs 25. Kindly refund my amount of rs.15000 as early as possible....

account not opening

Hi,

I want to open a saving account but inderpuri, delhi branch official have some strange process due to which my account opening process pending since one week.
They said, they will send a letter to my home address then i have to hand over that to them, then only account will open.
Why PNB asking for Aadhar card, PAN card etc if they cant verify address from them.
Kindly ask someone to expedite the process...

uploading of tds in form no 26as

Pl refer customer id no[protected] of swati satyendra kumar jain in which tds has been deducted but not uploaded in 26as for the year 17-18. Complaint has been lodged to the branch at indore mphb complex. Inspite of repeated reminder there is no output. Income tax refund shall be considered if it is matched with the26as otherwise shall be forfeited. Again this error is getting repeated for first quarter of the current...

atm withdrawal dispute

On 10th of june i have done a complain to ICICI bank for withdrawal of money from PNB ATM at golf course metro station, I didn't received money but it was debited from my account, now it is almost 2 months but still not received it back, ICICI is saying they are not getting response from PNB, my complain ref no. Is SR[protected].
Please return my money asap according to the guidelines of RBI, which is 100rs per as penalty

refund not received in bank account

I cancelled train ticket on 26th july, 2018. I paid through my punjab national bank debit card. I haven't received refund into my bank account. I have waited 10 days. Irctc sent me mail that refund successful. Pnr number [protected], irctc transaction id [protected].

not receiving otp while registering for internet and mobile banking

I opened https://netbanking.netpnb.com for registering for internet and mobile banking. But the first step is to submit the otp but i am not receiving it on my registered number.

I tried clearing the browser as well. There's no other option of regenerating otp on the site in case the customer don't receive it.

There's no number provided where we can request an sms.

Can someone please help?...

refund from myntra not received

from amazon refund

I purchased redmi 5 mobile phone ₹8999 from amazon on 16/07/2018 and done payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 17/07/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#[protected].
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account...

But amazon has refunded rs 1899 in my account on 20 july 2018.

Sir, My wife, Nidhi, did online Transaction for 2000 rs. at Paytm(Reference- ECOM 49051 One97 Communications) on Jul 29th, 2018 using debit card(PNB account number- [protected])at 7PM. Transaction got failed but Amount was debited from PNB account & amount is reflecting in pass book. Raised complaint regarding sameon July 30th, Complaint no- M[protected], But not resolved till yet....

I tried calling the customer care and sent 4 emails but there was no response at all. There was no contact from their side. refund from amazon.in

I had ordered a pair of heels from amazon.in which i then returned and initiated a refund. Amazon.in notified me that the refund of rs.3, 999.00 had been initiated on october 19, 2015. However this amount never reflected in my bank account at punjab national bank, santacruz west branch. I visited the bank multiple times, but the officials refused to help saying they cannot do anything since they are not involved in the transaction....

re: reminder - non deposition of tds deducted on pension by bank against my pan aadpj2255k till date.

I am getting pension from mcd through pnb in my sb account no [protected]. Total tds amount rs 68381 has been deducted from my pension during financial year 2017-18 but 26as form shows rs 19868 till date. Bank has not deposited the total amount of tds deducted against my pan, i regret to say repeated visits to the bank and submitting same grivience on 20 june 2018 to bank, nothing has been done, if any fine of rs 5000/ for delay in filling...

incorrect issue of form 16 by pnb

Form no 16 dated 12/7/18 received by email on 27/7/18 shows during financial year from 1/4/17-to 31/3/18 amount credited rs 95375 /- and tax deducted rs 16171/- where as i have received total pension of rs 939118/- and tds deducted by pnb branch patparganj is rs 68381/- during above financial year, so you are requested to rectify form 16 at earliest...

It is requested that i am operating saving account in obc rohini sect. 8 delhi. Today i. E. 29.07.2018 at 19:25 hrs. I have visited punjab national bank atm (Atm id: d 7416600) in sector 3 rohini to withdraw an amount of rs. 5000/- through my obc atm card. It is surprised that no amount has been withdraw from this atm but i have received a massage on my mobile that rs. 5000/- debited from my obc saving account...

atm debited money twice

From last one month i am hunting to get my money back. I debited 10000 rs through atm on 20 june 2018 at about 8:18 pm and got the money but. Again at around 8;24 pm same day i got another msg of deduction of 10000.
I only got 10000 rs but 20000 rs has been deducted from my account moreover funniest part is i was not thr in the atm when i got the second msg at around 8;24 pm.
Thrice i filed the complaint but of no use this...
