PVR Cinemas — 60 rs tickets not sold in the counter

I went to pvr cinemas tirusulam branch. I tried to buy a kolamavu kokila tamil movie ticket in front of the counter, i asked one seat 60 rs ticket. But the vendor said ticket not sale for 60rs it will come with snacks package and the minimum amount is rs 350. I asked ticket vendor i don't want any snacks please give me a ticket without snacks package. But he ignored my request and scold me. And the pvr security said "go to local theatres with this 60rs don't come to pvr after that".
I cannot. Understand that why the cinemas have front row low cost tickets they are only sale those tickets in online only but not sale in counter. Please any people see this message file a complaint against pvr cinemas and teach them 60 rs also indian rupee.
