Updated by Carltu The person who called me on 18/7/2015 at 15:03hrs from number[protected] regarding my refund of Rs.345 asked me to call him when I am at the ATM so that he will give me a pin or code number which will help me to withdraw the refund amount of Rs. 345 from the ATM.
I had called on 18/7/2015 but the number was unreachable, on 20/7/2015 I called at 12:17hrs, 16:35hrs, 16:38hrs, 16:39hrs and it was only ringing, again after returning from office I called at 19:43hrs and again it was unreachable.
I would like to know if there are any authorities who are looking into my matter or just trying to fool customers. This is the second time I am updating my complaint after 18/7/2015.
First you PVR are cheating so many customers/patrons for are money and then you give false promises of refunding and when we call your given number/s its NO REPLY. Your person who called me on 18/7/2015 at 15:03hrs asked me to remove my complaint and at the same time you are not willing to refund my money.
But as I said, I will not allow you people to CHEAT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS, you people think that we do not have the time and we will forget about our money...wait and see what happens.

Updated by Carltu Today again I was harassed by [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. I somehow managed to get hold of the person who called me on 18/7/2015 from number[protected] regarding my refund of Rs. 345 which PVR deducted from my Debit card account.
The person told me to go to an Axis Bank ATM, I left my office and went to the Sarat Bose Road ATM at 14:05hrs.
The person spoke over my mobile phone to the guard of the ATM requesting him that I be allowed to speak over phone inside the ATM which I also know is not allowed in any of Kolkata's ATM, and so the guard refused, the caller spoke to me and asked me to feed the following.
1. Banking Services
2. Fund Transfer
3. Current Account
4. some account number he gave me...[protected]
5. Amount he told me to induct...Rs. 20000
6. Option...Yes
But after that the ATM machine delivered a slip which stated
My SB Account Number
Record No. 5716
XFER PAY
Transaction Declined 056
Invalid Tran or Account.
Then I realised that may be this is a FRAUD, so I went to the 1st floor to the Axis bank Manager, but a Front Desk Lady Officer assisted me and advised me to ask the PVR person to Credit my amount as it was wrongly Debited by PVR without any services offered. Then the PVR person called to enquire about the transaction, I then told him its not happening he insisted that I do it all over again, I then asked him not to harass me any further and Credit the amount to my Axis Bank SB Account, he then asked me to send him over SMS my SB Account No and IFSC code then he would Credit the amount.
I just can't understand is this the way you people at PVR Cinemas harass your regular Patrons for getting refund of your fraudlent systems?
You people have not even had the decency to reply even once to my continues complaint. I expect my issue to sorted out at the earliest.
