Lam a news writer in The Times of India and I visited PVR ANUPAMA on 03.07.2023, today for a show at 12:40. At the security check, the female assistant checked my bag and kept my lunch as per policy. Later when I came to collect it, it was half eaten. This is very disappointing, it was a gift sent from my grandparents and this type of service is not relevant. We don't expect PVR to provide these disappointments. And I would like to fill a complaint regarding the same against the staff and this can lead to a bad image for your company. I request PVR to take strict action against this and would like to have a full refund for the dissatisfaction caused. Or I can go ahead with an article in the leading newspaper.
