Dear sir,

I have booked 2tickets for today's show of movie at pvr cinema, eternity mall thane but as received call from them, that which tickets i have booked that cancelled because technical issue.

I have booked tickets in 200 and rec'd cash back of rs. 100 from paytm also means purchased tickets in just 102 after cancellation they are saying buy tickets in (170 x 2 =340) each and they will allowed me to seat on red lounge. As they promised will get refund but i have gifted these tickets to my brother and this happened with me how insulting is this.

I have booked 2tickets for today's show of movie (Bahubali 2 at 7.20 pm) at pvr cinema, eternity mall thane but as received call from them, that which tickets i have booked that cancelled because technical issue.

I have booked tickets in 200 and rec'd cash back of rs. 100 from paytm also means purchased tickets in just 102 after cancellation they are saying buy tickets in (170 x 2 =340) each and they will allowed me to seat on red lounge. As they promised will get refund but i have gifted these tickets to my brother and this happened with me how insulting is this.

For movie Arjun Reddy below are charges in Bangalore, At PVR Forum Bangalore.
PLATINUM-RS. 320 SILVER-RS. 300 . As per Govt of karanataka movie charge s around 250rs. Why Movie malls are charging more.

On 6-Sep-17 I went for the movie in PVR city centre. Ticket number is DCCG[protected]. I had submitted my bags at the counter. Out of my laptop bag, my laptop charger is missing.
Please check the CCTV and other material and return the charger.
