PVR Cinemas — movie ticket cancellation

Due to imergency i am unable to watch judwa 2 movie today show at 3.10 pm. So kindly refund my amount... Suddenly i have to go lucknow for some important work.. So i am not able to reach at movie place. So i request u for refunding my movie ticket amount.. Thanku hope u will understand... This is genuine reason sir.. I am not there today so please accept my request. Nothing more to say just want toh say that i am unable to watch this movie show..... I will see this movie later but today it is not possible... So plz understand my words.. Thank you

Updated by Rishita pandey I booked 2 tickects on 03.10.2017 for movie judwa 2 timing 3.10 pm . due to some important work i am unable toh watch this show. so i want to refund my amount.
