Hi.. I hv been PVR from Bangalore and Delhi days.. well I had a very unpleasant experience at PVR Kochi, which is at Lulu Mall. I was in for the 10pm show of Jolly LLB 2 on 16th Feb. 20 min to interval the audio of some speakers failed, we could hardly hear the dialogues. During interval many o[censored]s raised this issue with the duty manager and he promised it is rectified. Post interval the issue started in 5 minutes and continued till the end. It was horrible experience as we can't come back to watch the second half of it. Post the movie was over, we raised the issue with the duty manager, he was very insensitive and replied, we will refund the money. That really upset us all even more. Finally I have written a complaint in the suggestion book. Yes, the money was refunded, but what we needed was somebody who can hear us. Such unprofessional attitude is not acceptable.

Recently i visited to pvr forum mall bangalore to watch a jolly llb, i saw there one pvr staff is misbehaving with a girl and he treated her very badly with her and insulted with her culture, and the staff name is abhishek with a skin colour dark black, we request u too take strictly action on that guy...
