[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Pvr gift card500

I had purchased gift card of 500rs watched only 1 movie worth rs 225 when gone to watch 2nd movie at PVR goreegon person at ticket counter said there was only 15 rs balance and did not accept it so where is the remaining balance my card number is [protected] and pin code is 554763 pls reply at earliest else would be faced to take severe action

Today I have booked 3 seats seat Normal-B16 B17 B18 for Ezra movie.But due to some other issues i cant come to the show today.Kindly cancell the tickets and refund me the money
