[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — regarding the ticket booking

Dear sir/madam,
The issue is while booking a ticket for today's show (Mersal at 6.30 pm), we made a net banking transaction through hdfc bank. We got a deduction message from bank, but in the website it showed the transaction was unsuccessful your payment is still in progress. We didn't get any confirmation mail. Please rectify this problem and update us about this issue.
