The seat is not clean and there is water in my seat and nobody cleaned it properly, it was from the previous show i believe and the security was rude, not professional when reached the gate. Overall experience was bad and not upto the mark. Expected some more professionlism

Hi sir,
I was trying to book recliner show tickets for Elante Mall, Chandigarh .
All the process has been done and payment is deducted from my bank but the ticket was not booked.

Now the issue is that my transacted money is reverted back to my account.
