PVR Cinemas — ticket cancellation and refund

I am from chennai and i have booked tickets for the movie knives out in VR mall at 9:45. my money got deducted and i received an SMS and a whatsapp notification. But i booked for the wrong dates. I went to the app to cancel and rebook for another day. my booking is not reflected in the app. I am not able to cancel. So kindly help me for the same. I've attached my ticket details

I am janani from Chennai and I have booked my tickets in pvr cinemas heritage rsl . But i cancelled my ticket and booked another tickets immediately but still i didn't receive my refund for the cancellation. I have also attached my ticket for reference. Please do the need full.

Did you got your refund? Because I'm not receiving the refund from pvr cinemas chennai for cancelling one ticket for movie manjummel boys
