[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Ticket not booked but amount deducted

I booked ticket on PVR cinemas on 13 April 2022 and the amount of rupees 300 was deducted but I haven't received any ticket and it is not booked

Im book 2 tickets for kgf 2 in pvr app sunday 2.55 pm show
Amount deducted but i have not received tickets
