I received an offer letter asking for 300 rupees for courier charges. If I don’t paytm them 300 they will cancel my offer letter from Air India itseems.. pytm number [protected]

You need to apply to the court if you want the compensation.
The legal assistance of the legal professional will cost you from Rs 8000 for such type of case.
In addition, you expect
- to pay government fees in time,
- to answer the questions related to the procedure in time,
- to dispatch the correspondence via email or via the nearest post office in time.
Failure to do so incorrectly or after the allowed / agreed time, makes your any claim declared invalid.
The fair court shall award with the compensation and reasonable expenses from the losses.
