Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [BSES ] Complaints & Reviews

The Electricity Board has an irresponsible, insensitive and shameless person overseeing the power cuts. For the past 3 days, this has been cutting off the power at 10.30 pm and putting it back on only after 4.30 AM !!! This is ridiculous..people need to sleep at least a few decent hours before work, children need to sleep for school....and this has happened 3 CONSECUTIVE days...for the past 3 days, i have been going to work with 2 hours...

Last night the power cutt of haapen since 10:30 pm n the lineman came by 12pm to check it whereas when we call customer care they give us 45mins tat.after the lineman rectify the errror just after 10 mins the light again was not there. it happens 3 times. till now there is no light. yesterday i lodge a complaint to BSES about my power failure around 9.00 AM, My complaint no. was 821 dated 18/06/2010 at their helpline no.39999808. They assured us of recovery within 45 mins. But nothing happened, We used to remind them after every frequent hours till 3.00 PM. Then i lodge a complaint to Mayur Vihar Ph-2 complaint center @ 32960154. The executive (Mr. Moolchand) attending the call started using abusive language............

The complaint handling and response from BSES Rajdhani is very poor. Residents of 8 flats of DDA MIG Flats, Sector-7, Pocket-2, Dwarka, New Delhi were forced to spend sleepless night on 19th May 2010 due to poor service by BSES Rajdhani.

I give below the series of events contributing to the agony of the residents:

I would like to complaint regarding BSES Power, who are supposed to provide power to the state.
I stay in New Krishna Park, New Delhi -18, This is near vikas puri.

For the last two days we are getting power for only 15-20min and then power failure of 2hrs... this is happening for the last two days. Which means we are getting power only for 4-5 Hrs in a Day only, although there is reasonably good power in our surrounding...

I have registered a complaint in BSES with Complaint No 3767 as on April 29, 2010 at 9:45 pm. After this, I remind again at 10:55 pm with reminder no 4340 as on same day. Again I lodge the complaint as on April 30, 2010 with reminder no 866 at 8:05am, but it’s really shock-able for me that there is nothing action taken by the BSES people. Every time they give me new complaint and reminder no but they are not able to do sort out my electricity...

Again we have a major power problem in our area yesterday from 7 pm onwards there is no power and power came late nite around 2 am and again the power goes at 6-30 am. Till now the power problem sorted out. – What a service sir ji??????

HEADLINE TODAY - BSES LAJAPT NAGAR 4 LINESMEN CAUSE DEATH-

Consumer no:[protected] There was sparking on the pole outside A 6 East of Kailash on Sat 17th April at 6.30 p.m and we recorded a complaint no 4236 and a linesman cam eat 11.00 p.m. at night; he did some shoddy work and pulled a LIVE wire from the pole and fixed it to the meter and we got power at 1.00 a.m. but LIVE WIRE was hanging; after that we have made 3 complaints...
