Sub: Change/remove of main wire which is going above from the house no. 184, Gajju Katra, Delhi -110032 (CRN No.[protected])

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that we have small children at home and usually they are playing at the roof, but the main electricity wire which is going exactly above from my house is interrupted & risky for us. Therefore it is our humble request to you to please remove the high volt electricity wire from the roof of above said house number-184, Gajju Katra, Delhi, as soon as possible.

    This is with reference to the complaint against electricity meter. The above meter is in the name of Surender Kumar vide connection no. CR No:[protected] and R/o H No:212,New line, Ghuman Hera,New Delhi-110073. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is Zero in my current electricity bill. I have written request for close this connection in 2004.but your side not close my connection and this connection continue at my residence. Now this connection amt is pending RS 9320/- right now and recovery agent cut my electricity connection or with takes way this meter. I will request that, If I have any amt due on my self, why did not send any notice or bills on my address from your side?I had deposit a bill amt RS 470/- in Nov09. When I looked this connection bill I m socked. How can possible? I had visited at najfgarh office New delhi;-110043 and meet MR Ramesh and discuss about it. But no solution provides me. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct this matter bill amt & close this issue .because we r suffering without electricity, facing so many problem on regular basic.

        Reg:- False/malafied allegation /penalty on senior citizen of India by BSES Rajdhani Power Limited
        Ref:- BSES Rajdhani Power Limited Bill No.AGENR[protected] dated 02/01/2006 and referred the matter to Chief Minister of Delhi and also to Public Grievance Cell but no response till date.

        1.I, Karan Singh S/o Late Sh. Tofa Ram R/o MIG Flat no.38, IInd floor,Pocket-3, Sector 19, Dwarka, New Delhi.
        2.I am 70+ old retired from Railway Mail Service (RMS) as Mail Man. In my entire service and life I have not received this type of order that is dishonest but now BSES charged me as dishonest at the age of 70+.
        3.The BSES Rajdhani Power Limited speaking order/case no.AG[protected] dt.21/02/2006 is Pro BSES Rajdhani and one sided. That BSES Rajdhani Power Limited order says that Meter has been installed by BSES the responsibility of the Consumer to protect the Meter from tempering and to keep it in safe custody. I would like to inform your honour that Eight Meters are installed on the ground Floor and it is neither locked nor closed boxes keys etc provided to the consumer and every body is free to do any thing with the meter.
        4.I have already inform BSES Rajdhani Power Limited that I have not even changed any point of BSES fitting till date in the house itself then how I can change the wire.
        5.The BSES Rajdhani Power Limited Order says that Consumer was present at the site it was totally false and denied by me because at that time I was ill and not in a position to move without help of other only BSES staff inform to my daughter in law and me too at the IInd floor and Meter is installed on the ground floor. BSES staff got my signature by informing me that we want to change the meter so signed on it and I had signed in good faith.
        6.Orders says that Meter Seal was Broken then earlier no engineering/inspecting officer of BSES staff informed me that meter seal is broken but penalty is levied with back date.
        7.I was compelled to deposit the Money with a threatening to disconnect the electricity connection because of Monopoly of BSES. I had to deposit the money by taking loan from relatives and friends because I was getting a pension Rs.2800/= per month only.
        8. In my total service I had not received this type of order i.e. dishonest but BSES blamed me at the age of 70 which mentally disturbing me who is a heart/TB patient also.
        Through this letter I request your honour to Advice BSES for installing Meter in lock and key separately and take next 6 months average before charging me with the dishonest and penalty as levied by the BSES.
        With folded hand I request your honour to instruct BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd to withdraw the allegation of dishonest abstraction of energy and also instruct the department for refund of my money with interest which I have deposited under threat of BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd.

        Stone bldg kharodi 2nd floor room no 2, marve road malad west, Mohd sayed shaik working for malad east bses as private worker creating problem in electrical box removing cutout wire's & switch off dp not allow to see also, we have complain to BSES person came short out problem later on he removed wire again, my mom was upset & help less

          Complaint Against Electricity Bill CRN No. [protected]
          Sir/Madam,

          This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Smt. kanchan bala connection no. K.No.: 2610h2130392 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o B 323 hari nagar new delhi-110064. We received the electricity bill for the period of 10.09.2009 to 07.11.2009 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 8520. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. bill, which I paid for the month of Jan to may 2010 is for Rs. 840/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low.i m the only member and go office then hw is it posible to use so much electricity..sir i havegiven the hand written complain in hari nagar office but no action has been taken till now. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill .i will be very thankfull for imediate action.

          Dear Sir,

          This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Smt. Sarita Tripathi connection no. K.No.: 2660W7750859 and CRN No.: [protected], 244 Sector-1, Pocket-1, Dwarka- New Delhi -110075. I have received a copy of the electricity bill dated[protected] and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 16, 550/-. It was really shocked that I have never received the bill for Rs. 10, 499.05 for two months from date of installing the meter to till date. In this entire month my children are in native place from 20th May 2010 and they are returning back on 16th July 2010 but the reading is going high, why ? only you people knows. So it is therefore requested to correct the bill for making the payment. I will be grateful to you, thanks -

            sir, i am resident of b-81,matiyala ext.uttam nagar ;a BSES Rajdhani HVDS wirecable of 11000volt is crossing my house,so icannot built upper floors&it is also dangerous for my family.i contated the related authorities but neither they are taking proper action or given me a satisfatory answer.I am just going one related authority person to another person.so sir i am very fraustated, plz help me.

              Respected Sir,
              With reference to the above, I regret to inform you that I had been harrased since last FIFTEEN days by officials of BSES (Meera Bagh) Distt. - NANGLOI regarding new DOMESTIC Connection at 213 - C, RANHOLA VIHAR, SAFIPUR RANHOLA VILLAGE, NEAR BHARDWAJ PROPERTIES, NEW DELHI - 110041 which request no is R[protected] dated 13/ 01 /2010
              That on dated 21 / 01/ 2010 I had recieved a call from the officials of BSES ( Meera Bagh) regarding above request no - R[protected] that Meter for New Connection is approved but I have to pay Rs. 15000/- to collect the demand letter. Now I am in very trouble and worry to that what should I do being a very poor man.
              kindly do needful in this regard as earlieast possible. I shall be highly oblige to you for this act of kindness.

                Hi,

                If I am posting it in wrong thread, kindly ignore my mistake.
                Here I would like to complaint against extra poll which are planted by BSES few months (year) back to accomodate new electricity system. Although they have implanted a new system, which is using old poll, they didn't remove those extra poll, which is making road's of Rajnagar-II more squizzer than they are. And making unnessary road blocks.
                I ll appreciate if any action can be done to remove those polls which are no longer in use.

                BSES rajdhani power ltd ki supply itni bekar ho gai hai winter ke season me to morning me light 03-04 hrs ke liye kat lete hai BSES ke head office me complaint karo to woh log complaint nahi lete BSES ke apne customer ko pareshan karne me maja ata hai.

                  At C-139, Nirman Vihar, Vikas Marg, load enhancement was done on 27.6.07. Three metres exist for 3 floors and total load is 11KW. The service cable is 2*10 mm which does not take load when 2ACs at each floor operate during summer and sparks happens. Several requests made has not been done. Last request made on 4th July 2009 to Shri Kulbir S. Deswal, GM Business, Division, Laxminagar has also not been materialized so far. Kindly do the needful.

                      My CRN no is [protected]. From the last 2 bills I am getting provisional bills for the electricity. When I logged the complaint for the first time with BSES they informed me that the issue will be resolved and I will get the actual bill soon. They also mentioned that I should wait for the actual bill to make any payment and they assured me that there will be no late payment charges in my new bill. But to my surprise I never got the actual bill and my complaint was marked as resolved. And now they have generated a new bill, provisional again with the late payment charges for the previous bill as well.

                        there is a continuous power theft in H.No.139B, C4G, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58.
                        They try to control the mivement of digital meter with some magnetic flux or remote control during the night time. now a days the theft is continuous during day and night. For the last 15 days there is no change of meter reading besides three family residing in the said flat. The CRN No. of the meter is [protected]. the meter reading from 18/12/2009 is 2430.
                        the following are the sample readings and virces dates for your corelation. My apprehension is that the same technique is spreading to other, their relative, neibourers and the whole area bcame an area of theft.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        This is to bring to your notice electricity theft going on day and night in our colony.

                        In the Gali No. 2/3 ( Transformer Wali Gali) of Chandu Park Colony, P.O. Krishna Nagar, Delhi - 110051, there is a SAI Baba Mandir and above mandir lives the Pandit of the mandir.

                        Both at the mandir and above the mandir, they are running an unauthorized electricity connection taken directly from the street light. There is no electricity meter installed in the Mandir and yet they are using electricity commercially at the mandir and are running all the home appliances and mandir lightings.

                        Being a responsible citizens we thought to bring this to your notice for immediate action.

                          I made a request to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited @ 20/10/2009 regarding Name change & submitted all demanded documents,afterwards they have given me assurance that in next billing it will be change surely.After a week once i have checked online status of my request number,The status was request cancelled & that was without my knowledge,Then again i called in customer care & inquire to them reason then they stated that we need one...

                          On 20oct, some bses enforcement employess came to my house and asking my mother that there was a complaint for faulty meter. They have changed the meter. But there was no complaint regarding this from my side. After some time i receive a letter from BSES that your meter was tempered, and you have to pay Rs 32,000 for penalty. According to them there is date mismatch in my meter. This is really painfull for me.I don't why they had change the meter and why send the bill.

                            I, Mohd Jamshed Hasa, made a request around 4-5 dec'09 for the change of name of electric meter in the name of Ms. Shaishta Hasan vide the complaint no. R[protected]Ms. Sonia) and was informed to keep rady the required papers and the person of BSES will visit your residence. No response for some days. Again complained on[protected] and Ms. Swati informed that the person will visit within 3-4 days..........No response again. Again complained on[protected] and one Mr. Raghav informed that he is marking my complaint to the higher ups. On 16th evening ome Ms. Ruchi called me up and informed that a perso will visit at the spot and I should keep ready the required papers. She also informed that the person will vist by 12.0"clock and I must keep myself available. I was very much there and when I called at 12 when no one came, I received a reply from one Ms. Swati that my request has been cancelled and I have to deposit the papers at 304, Nr. Petrol Pump, Nizamuddin. It really strange that this is the kind of service we are getting from the service industry. One thing I realised that in case I would have told them that I will pay some bribe--ghooooooos for your coming to do the job, my work would have been done without any hassel. I want to know from the competent authority what is the remady ............?

                              charging for burnt meter

                              I am Madhumita, my CRN no is [protected]. My meter got burnt on10th of October at night. First I made a complain through phone then on 11th I went to the CRPF Najafgarh office to complain about my burnt meter. One of the output connection was burnt. I was told that I'll have to pay a nominal charge for that single connection.
                              I was called at MMG laboratory at Pushp Vihar, Delhi on 11/11/09 because the burnt meter was to be checked...

                              Respected Sir/Mam,

                              For last 5 or 6 month billing cycle, I am receiving high bill. My CRN No is [protected].
                              I had to pay the bill of 7000/-(near about )before this month which was way to high.After trying our level best in power saving, as in we tried our level best to keep all unnecessary lights off.
                              We did not left any of our equipment on standby mode.Still the this month my bill is 1740/- (for two month)which is still too high.so plese check the light bill status and solve my problem . I think that I receive my bill very high according my uses ..

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                  Since last 1 Month the Street light in front of our house no.
                                  B 523 MIG DDA flats east of loni road delhi -93 has not been working because of the main switch is not functioning.
                                  Would require you immediate attention to get this repaired as soon as possible.
