I had booked an auto from Viman Nagar to Kharadi. I was shown an estimate fare of Rs. 94. When I was asked to pay after reaching my destination the fare increased to Rs. 104. When I asked the customer service about this, they mentioned it was because the route taken was different. I had not instructed the driver to take a different route. Now the person at Rapido tells me they cannot refund my money instead they will have refresher course for the drivers so that they follow the map.
