Today i booked ride to castle street captain called me and confirmed with me about payment option when i informed him that i opted online payment he disconnected call and started trip without me.
I tried to call him but his call was coming busy continuesly
And i was unable to take another ride as well as i was unable to cancel ride
Later he ended trip and from my account amount debited its really very bad experience with rapido. Was this information helpful? | 
I am placing complaints for since last week but it always says that "we are looking in to it, we will keep u updated"
Resolution is worst n doing scam things.
