Im complaining about a fraud happened to me
On Saturday, I booked a cab via Rapido. The fare was ₹375, and after reaching the destination, I proceeded to pay via Google Pay.
At that moment, the captain asked me to send ₹500 extra, but since I didn’t have that much, I told him I could manage only ₹200 extra, making it a total of ₹575. I attempted the transaction via GPay, but due to server issues on the receiver’s end, the payment got stuck in processing. The app showed that the amount would be received by the captain, but it might take some time.
The captain did not understand or accept this explanation and insisted that I pay by cash, so I paid ₹375 in cash. As for the ₹200 extra, which he had given me in advance, he took that back as well.
Now, after 2 days, the pending ₹575 has been successfully received by him via GPay, but he is not returning the excess amount, even after I’ve followed up. This us the sinario how gpay can help tell in 100 words

I had booked an auto from Viman Nagar to Kharadi. I was shown an estimate fare of Rs. 94. When I was asked to pay after reaching my destination the fare increased to Rs. 104. When I asked the customer service about this, they mentioned it was because the route taken was different. I had not instructed the driver to take a different route. Now the person at Rapido tells me they cannot refund my money instead they will have refresher course...

Careless and irresponsible attitude of customer care
Guys, never go for rapido because you will be compromising on your safety. They don't take ownership of tracking down the drivers. Here's the story.
Yesterday I took a rapido auto. The driver who came to pick me was not the same as the one who was mentioned in the booking details. He was driving negligently and because of this by the time the ride ended, I forgot about my lunch bag in the auto.
I realised within two minutes and went back but he was no where to be seen. When I checked with customer care, they said it's not their responsibility to track down the driver and shared an invalid number that is switched off since yesterday.
The least a service provider can do is to bring the driver and passenger into a conference call and help them verify. The customer care guys are mostly concerned about closing the ticket and not about resolution. Everybody says we are not responsible. Why are we paying you extra if you can't even track your driver on an alternate number? Think about the safety guys, if the driver's number is switched off, there is no way what will happen to you on deserted roads when there customer care is so careless and irresponsible.

I have added money to rapido wallet but their auto drivers were not allowing to pay fare through wallets. Now im back in kerala so they dont have service in kerala so i asked for refund and they are asking for my adhaar and pan card details for processing refund. How can i give my personal details to someone. I have registered in the app through my mobile number and email id and have added money through upi so they can confirm through that. And now they have rejected my refund application.

Extra fare was charged
I booked a rapido auto for one destination and then had toh change my drop location as it was not showing the route from where I wanted to go ... The location which I changed was hardly 2km away from my pickup location but rapido charged me 80/-to reach there whereas in a basic rickshaw it costs around 30-35/- and when submitted the complaint on their site they say you didn't add the coupons but why do we have to do that ...
And that auto rickshaw driver also tricked me by taking a different route to my drop location and time consuming

Misbehave by driver and high charge paid (compare to software)
I am Ajay, Today[protected] booked (at around 7:24 AM) your service from Ranchi railway station to Morabadi Manda-bagicha, Ranchi Jharkhand, but your service staff or driver Mr. Jha (mobile No. [protected]) was asking for Rs 70/- for the said service (while the booking amount was lower than the demanded value), I was OK for the situation due to my medical problem. but after 15-20 minute someone (with the same bike) came to me and told me that his brother is doing the job and he is not available now. I asked why I should pay such a high amount, but he didn't reply. I was interested in paying through an online service, but he needed cash only. When he started his two wheeler, he did not require any OTP, after I left for my destination I paid the remaining amount. Now I got a threatening call from the driver to cancel the booked order (at around 9:20 am). I request (to the driver) to cancel from his side because I reached my location now. He told me this will not be good for me if I do not cancel the booked ride.

I booked a rapido Auto and the assigned driver shifted the ride to three other assignees and finally after one hour the ride was cancelled. Our time was wasted and the planned ride was cancelled because of these irresponsible drivers. Double helmet rule has started. Today i took a auto ride. While booking 185rs for estimated distance of 8.56km.. captain dropped to destination in 10min with all shortcuts he knows. Actual travel distance 3.26km. rapido charged 191 for the ride. When I reached the customer support, they simply telling sorry they could not refund for untravelled distance. Is it not fraud? How many customers you are doing like this?

Here i am writing my review for Rapdio as they mentioned in its bio "India's Largest Bike Taxi" i would say they should think again and also need to do more changes to become India's Largest Bike .
