Careless and irresponsible attitude of customer care
Guys, never go for rapido because you will be compromising on your safety. They don't take ownership of tracking down the drivers. Here's the story.
Yesterday I took a rapido auto. The driver who came to pick me was not the same as the one who was mentioned in the booking details. He was driving negligently and because of this by the time the ride ended, I forgot about my lunch bag in the auto.
I realised within two minutes and went back but he was no where to be seen. When I checked with customer care, they said it's not their responsibility to track down the driver and shared an invalid number that is switched off since yesterday.
The least a service provider can do is to bring the driver and passenger into a conference call and help them verify. The customer care guys are mostly concerned about closing the ticket and not about resolution. Everybody says we are not responsible. Why are we paying you extra if you can't even track your driver on an alternate number? Think about the safety guys, if the driver's number is switched off, there is no way what will happen to you on deserted roads when there customer care is so careless and irresponsible.
