Here i am writing my review for Rapdio as they mentioned in its bio "India's Largest Bike Taxi" i would say they should think again and also need to do more changes to become India's Largest Bike .
A few day ago i book a ride from Rapido from Noida sector metro to Sector 78 Noida amount was showing different and i booked a bike ride with the amount but after completing my ride the amount became higher than shown at the time of booking so i and captain trying to contact but they set a system i need to pay first to talk to customer care so i made a payment in between captain was getting another booking but he was trying to contact to customer care so he missed this book. When he connected to customer support they were saying i was changed my drop location whereas i was standing adjacent to my building then i sent captian as he was getting booking . So next day morning i contact to customer support i got a call and i brief my case to her but she said same that i got a higher amount becasue of changing in drop location . She was saying i booked a ride for Noida Sector 52 Metro as i was booked from that place but i booked for my apartment . so i told her why your captain drop me on different location which was 7km from the location according to them. After that i write a complaint in their customer support but didnt get any response .
I would say they need to learn from uber and ola how to set and hurdle free customer support so that customer could not go thorugh this .

How come we are responsible if driver takes his own route..We were suggesting him to take as per map but he was telling this will be easy route finally also we told the same to take route as per map..I was charged more price I raised this issue again in the app they just closed. Even my invoice of fare is not generated.
