On 12-12-23 i booked a ticket in H.P.TRAVELS, through REDBUS APP for my parents (father age-70y, mother age-58y) for their journey on 16-12-23 from tirupati-eluru. ticket number- tsd[protected], ticket worth- Rs.3447.90/-. as per reservation bus departure time is 11.45pm on 16-12-23. but on 16-12-23 at around 1am i got a call from bus driver and he stated that we have to start our journey at that time. i am shocked with his phone call and immediately contact with bus operator in given number -[protected] but i din't get proper response from them. then i contact with redbus helpline -[protected] and complaint number[protected]. they told that "bus opertor is not respondoing we will getback to you" this same answer i got even i called them 3 times on that day. on 16-12-23 around 5pm one of their customer care executives told me that "still bus operator is not answering our calls you may plan other sources for your parent’s journey, within 48 hrs this issue will resolve". based on their word i reserved a ticket in apsrtc ( ticket no[protected], ticket worth Rs.1958/-) for my parents’ comfortable journey. on 16-12-23 at around 8pm they replied me that we have to start journey on 16-12-23 IN H.P.TRAVLELS BUS at 11.45pm AMOUNT REFUND will not given. When i have issue either but operator or Redbus team fifnt given solution ontime. After made an alternate arrangement for their negligence they are simply saying SORRY and AMOUTN REFUND will not be given. Due to REDBUS and H.P.TRAVELS negligence I LOST Rs.3447.90/-. Pls help me on this to get my amount refund
