I had booked volvo from red bus for 4 june from delhi to buntar, operator was singh travels who was not picked call till dep time
Just before 1 hour of dep I received call that bus is breakdown and we are cancelling your booking, but no message received of cancellation.
After few minutes thay call for to shift booking in another bus but again no response till late after which i had to book another ticket on high prices and no response from red bus.
I need my refund as soon as possible
