We have booked tickets from hyderabad to Pune on 30th April thru Redbus app - ticket number tn5u54610751. seats L11 and l12.but prior to travel, the bus agent called me and told me that the bus has ben cancelled/broke down and told us to rebook it with other bus and this ticket will be cancelled and full refund will eb given along with insurance claim as i also paid for insurance for this trip.
Total booking amount 3190 and we also oped for the insurance.
so we preponned the travel and booked the tickets again for 29th April for the same passenger names. (ticket number tn5v[protected] and they told me the refund process in progress and will get the refund for the previous bought tickets in 3 to 7 days. to may surprise I received 2000 and deducted cancellation charges. I sent 10's of mails but no response. Through app I also sent 10 of follows up but no response and they jus closing my complain saying resolved and finally they also removed all my complaint from the app and mails to [protected]@redbus.in gets failed.
when I checked online they doing this for most fo the people randamonly and making tonnes of money from innosent travellers. Kindly lodge a complaint and help me with justice with penalty so that they don't repeat this trick.
I demand 25000 damages charges for their irresponsible behaviours and also the pain given to me last 2 months follow ups, calls mails etc.
