I booked a trip on redbus through Google pay and used a coupon code GPSAVE on 17 May. I won a cashback scratch card of 123/- and shows it will be credited to your account within 7 days but its been 12 days and not yet credited. It is still processing. And regarding the issue I tried contacting customer care and unable to connect to the executive
