On my trip to Shegaon from Nagpur on 24th Dec 2022 the Gagan travels bus got failed due to leakage of Disel pipe. This issue was sorted on next morning by the mechanic within 30 minutes.
The failure of bus was happened between Kondhali to Karanja (15km away from Karanja) at 12:00am night. Rectification of 30minutes was possible by sending mechanic from Nagpur in just 2 Hrs maximum but the owner not willing to do the same. and the customers get stuck at one place for more then 12Hrs. on highway where no provision of food and all needful things.
On enquiring by redbus executive on next day owner said the bus got repair and all passengers is on board. thus Redbus refused my claim to return the money.
What about customers inconvenience occurred during journey?
What about our further bookings which get disturbed due to this?
What about the time we had wasted due to negligence by redbus and by the owner ?
Redbus should paid me double for the same and get penalized to owner for such act. Was this information helpful? |
