I booked 2 tickets from Dehradun to Delhi for 23/07/2022, 10:15 PM. The bus was stopped by RTO in dehradun itself and passengers were asked to take another bus midnight and the redbus has not yet refunded my money back. The refund amount is Rs.1850 and not yet received. The redbus customer support doesn't even work on their application and there's no option of contacting to redbus executive.
