I booked 3 tickets online from redbus.in to ensure a comfortable and on time journey. The ticket number and PNR numbers are Ticket Number: TR[protected] | PNR No: TS[protected]TARV/16422/CLT- TVM Z1 non ac. The bus operator name was Galaxy tours and travels.
The bus arrived after one hour of waiting than expected time of arrival. The bus arrival time was 10:55PM according to redbus.in. The bus was dropped at 7:00AM it was guaranteed to drop at 5:15AM.
I chose red bus for on time drop, since I had an urgent matter to dealt with. Due to the delay of drop, I failed to attend the meeting and It greatly created a negative impact on my profession. I was ashamed in front of them.
If the redbus.in is not guarantee about the arrival and drop time of buses listed in their website then How could a customer get satisfied ?
The online ticket booking is 3 times higher than a normal ticket price, after paying this amount the customer should get satisfied and redbus.in merely did a customer manipulation.
