My Ticket Details which I cancelled on 1 April 2022 and got this mail from red bus as per below:

After a long time I did not get my refund even I talked with hundred times with redbus custumer cares.
will i get the refund money and when?

As we discussed during our phone conversation, we are happy to inform you that the amount has been already refunded to the original source of payment used by you. A screenshot of the refund initiation from our end has also been attached for your reference over email sent to your booking email ID.

In case the amount is not reflecting still, please raise a chargeback/dispute with the bank against this transaction and the relevant team from bank shall take this up accordingly.
