My Ticket Details which I cancelled on 1 April 2022 and got this mail from red bus as per below: Your ticket from Jaipur (rajasthan) to Jhansi on[protected] through GAYATRI TRAVELS has been cancelled successfully and a refund of ₹ 718.25 has been initiated to your UPI Payments account. Below are your booking details for this ticket TIN TR4Y94189258 Date of Journey [protected] Source Jaipur (rajasthan) Destination Jhansi Travels GAYATRI TRAVELS Bus Type A/C Seater / Sleeper (2+1) Boarding Time 21:50 Number of Seats 1 Seat Numbers C After a long time I did not get my refund even I talked with hundred times with redbus custumer cares. will i get the refund money and when? my UPI is [protected]@sbi. In case the amount is not reflecting still, please raise a chargeback/dispute with the bank against this transaction and the relevant team from bank shall take this up accordingly.
