I Have booked two ticket in which 3 person travelling thru and from Mumbai to Aurangabad and Aurangabad to Mumbai on 21-May-22 and 22-May 22. I have cancelled the both ticket and got refund for one ticket in source account and one refund went in Redbus wallet.
Unable to understand this process.
Even customer care only works in IVR format and no option to connect to Customer care team to discuss this issue in details.
Sent them query via help section and on social media DM but this also now 2 days over but no concrete response.
