I booked a bus Ticket on[protected] from chennai, while booking the app says periamet Is the nearest boarding Station for me so selected periamet for board because I Stayed in a hotel in periamet for past 2 days and boarding time is 11 05 so around 10 00 pm i packed and moved to periamet but unable to find the periamet boarding point after I contacted the person they said bus is far away and right now bus is in vilippuram that location is 100km from my boarding point so contacted red bus for changing my ticket to another date but They Refused. Due to Emergency I booked another ticket so please make an action for the refund process
