I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 21 may 2019 (Tin): tn6k60622395 from porbandar to mahuva for dated 22 may 2019 that tckt amount was 504/- rs. And cancelled it on 28 may But but my problem is still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. I have cancelled my Redbud ticket no TP8X32032064 on 03/08/2020. On successfully cancellation, it was informed that the amount will be credited soon.but till it is not refunded.pl look into the matter. What is the way to view my refund status?

Dear sir

I am booking a bus ticket in redBus .
Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar Date 11/10/2020. Ticket No is :- TPB[protected] &
PNR NO IS :- TS[protected]NVPK/97520/VTT 1.

Redbus cancel my ticket without informing me. Only email to inform .

Than still date no refunds credit in my account.

So pls action my email complete as soon as possible. And reply me...

I have booked Ticket on Jan-3rd from Madurai to Chennai also cancelled on Jan2nd .
Ticket number - TPDR35155592.
PNR number - PNR - D5GXX698.
They mentioned amount will be refunded in three days. Still amount is not refunded to my account. Can you please check the status and refund the amount.
