[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund Status

I tried to booked a ticket on 31st July 2021 from Chennai to ponamaravathy. The amount was debited and the ticket was not booked. Till now i have not got my refund. I have shared the screen shot of the same.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your ticket number TQ8V89481950.

As shared during our phone conversation, we are happy to share that we are processing a complete refund of your ticket. The refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account.

As per the standard banking procedure, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

Below are the refund details:

Refunded Amount: Rs. 1275/-
Initiated on: 03/09/2021
Source: Original mode of payment

If you do not receive this amount within the expected time, please reach out to the Bank's customer care team. In case this payment was made using a credit card, please check the previous statement/unbilled transactions before reaching out to the bank

As discussed on the call, to process the refund of the difference amount of Rs. 130/-, we would request you to email us the NEFT details to [protected]@redbus.in from your registered email id.

We would need Bank Name; Branch Name; Account Number; Account holder Name and IFSC Code.
