I've booked the tickets from Hyd to Shiridi on March 16th 2022. But on the 18th of March, one of our family members passed away around 2 pm. Then I decided to cancel my Shiridi tickets. I tried through app, web application and redbus customer care and Bus operation as well. But no use.
Finally, I've raised the request in the redbus app. They said to wait for 48hr and get a reply. After 15 days I got the reply that there is no chance for the cancellation. Again I've raised the concern and got the same reply.
I got two emails attached here. In those emails redbus mentioned issues resolved. I don't know where this issue got resolved? Please clarify this?
I'm totally disappointed about your explanation and pissed off. These very very bad rules and very very bad policies. I think redbus doesn't have any ethics. I don't want any suggestions from your end. I want only a solution to get my money back. You can check the bus operation. Why should I? Even when I talked to the bus operator, I clearly said I've booked tickets from redBus, not the bus operator's side. Did I use your application, not the bus operator? then why should I connect with them?
